The process

- We then provide you with information on the current state of the real estate market, status of availability, and what to expect from the process
- Once we have established what we will be looking for, we collect all the required documentation from you to get you pre-approved for the properties you will be viewing
- Then, the search begins, we leverage all of our sources to find the best available properties to meet your needs
- We then schedule showings for you to view you’re the chosen properties. If you are looking to rent, we will aim to do all the viewing in one or two days. If you are buying a home, we will take as long as needed to find you the perfect place.

This allows you to sign your new lease or determine which area is best for you to buy a home with confidence knowing that your new house is a place that you will proudly call home.
